About the Show

In a magical kingdom fathoms below, the beautiful young mermaid Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. 

But first, she'll have to defy her father King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula, and convince Prince Eric that she’s the girl with the enchanting voice. Adapted from Disney’s 2008 Broadway production, Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. promises to be a spectacular adventure for all ages.

This story will be brought to life by our talented cast:

Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite enchanted character.

Encore Youth Theater has also arranged an opportunity for the public to meet and spend time with Ariel and her friends! 

On March 2 from 1-3 pm, come enjoy lunch with Ariel, her mersisters, and Flounder at Kahuna Coffee.  

During lunch, kids may articipate in lively sing-a-longs and story-time.  It will be a swimmingly good time!  Tickets for the show (if available) will be for sale at this event.

Encore Youth Theater has been entertaining audiences for 21 years with exciting live theatrical performances. 

The actors are all local area students, aged 8-18, who are studying the Performing Arts.  Together, they practice the many aspects of theater, drama, singing, and dancing; and then stage memorable performances for all to enjoy!
