Host families are still needed for 7 of the 78 members of the Blue Lake International Exchange Choir.  Students from all over the US have returned from a month long tour of Belgium, Germany, and France. They will perform a benefit concert in Brighton on July 24 and at Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor on July 25, On July 26 the choir will perform Brahms German Requiem with the International Youth Symphony.  Dr. Carole Ott, former Director of Residential Music at the University of Michigan will be conducting. Host family provides housing, meals, and some transportation for 48 hrs. Blue Lake provides bus to and from daytime rehearsals in Ann Arbor. Free admission to concert for hosting family. Blue Lake Alums or supporters of choral music please extend hospitality to these outstanding young people!
