Bernadine Watt (LeFevre), age 97, and a former resident of Detroit and forty year resident of West Branch, died on Feb. 1 in the care of her daughter in Brighton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donovan Watt, whom she married in 1936 in Assumption Grotto Catholic Church in Detroit, and her ten siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Stephen) Shea, and sons, Gerald (Norma), Ronald (Janice), and Thomas (Mimi); fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 711 Rickett Rd., Brighton, Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Friends may visit at the church one hour prior to Mass. Burial St. Joseph Cemetery, West Branch, Michigan.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, 1820 Mt. Elliott St., Detroit, MI 48207.
