Best Thing We At This Week: Tim Horton's Bran Muffin

Eating healthy doesn't always have to be boring.

 

I've been making a conscious effort to eat healthier - snacking on strawberries instead of chocolate, things like that.

So when I had a craving for something sweet this week, I decided to try a bran muffin from Tim Horton's. I would have had the low-fat blueberry, but they were all out. So I went with the cranberry-blueberry bran muffin and I was surprised at how good it was.

I've never had a bran muffin before, but they're a great source of fiber, with four grams or more per serving.
