Brighton Montessori Prepares Children for a Lifetime of Learning
This week's Business Spotlight falls on Brighton Montessori School.
Brighton Montessori School was founded in 1987 to provide the Brighton area wonderful Montessori education for early childhood-aged children.
Brighton was chosen as a location because in 1987, there were no other Montessori schools in the area.
Brighton Montessori offers learning through hands-on activities and life experiences. Children can attend for either a half or full day, with before- and after-program care available.
The school educates and cares for children ages 2 1/2 to 6 years-old and is open to children regardless of religion, race, sex, and ethnic origin.
"We offer our customers the best educational foundation for a life full of learning," Heather Hartke, school director said. "We want our business to be known for the quality of education, the independence, confidence, and self-worth that a child develops from our everyday teaching."
