3. Step Aerobics

My Stronger Self Fitness Studio and Gym will hold a step aerobics class today at 9:30 a.m. Step increases cardiovascular, strengthens lower body, increases coordination, burns 600+ calories/hour. This class has beginning-to-intermediate intensity and choreography. Cost is $8 per class for drop-in.

4. Euchre

Play Euchre today at 10 a.m. at the Brighton Senior Center. Cost is $1.

According to History.com, on this day in 1990, Nelson Mandela, leader of the movement to end South African apartheid, is released from prison after 27 years.
