3. Knockout Workout

Lady of Livingston will host its knockout workout class today at 5:30 p.m. Backed by high energy music, the class incorporates heavy bags, kickboxing combos, athletic drills and strength training- making it a great way to burn fat like butter while melting away daily stress and tension. Cost is $10.

4. Motor City Trivia

Buffalo Wild Wings will host Motor City Trivia tonight 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. for ages 21 and over.
