3. Family to Family Education Program
St. Joseph Mercy Health System will host a free 12 week program for family caregivers of adult individuals with a mental illness. Provides support and information about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, communication & problem solving skills and how to advocate for better treatment for your loved one. Resource/workbook included. 4. Girls Night Out Paint & Pour
Studio West Gallery will host a Paint & Pour Party today at 7 p.m. Bring your favorite beverages and snacks to Studio West, and make sure to show up early to pour yourself a drink. Our gifted instructor will walk you, step-by-step, through replicating that day’s featured painting. Classes run for approximately 2-3 hours with FREQUENT sip breaks. You will leave with a painting that is uniquely yours, and we guarantee you will be amazed at the artwork you will have created.
