"This week we posted our principal position at Scranton Middle School due to our upcoming vacancy created by the retirement of long time BAS employee Ken Hamman. I have already met with the Scranton staff and will be assembling a diverse interview committee for the filling of this vacancy. I believe our pool of candidates will be very strong and I look forward to selecting a new leader for Scranton in April. Even though we will honor our retirees in late spring we cannot thank Mr. Hamman enough for his contributions to BAS over his tenure."
