Tammy Young, Executive Chef of Wooden Spoon will compete against Oak Point Country Club's Executive Chef Patrick Srock. They will each prepare an appetizer, entree and dessert utilizing the secret ingredient chosen specially for the event. The event will raise money for Gleaners' Shared Harvest Pantry in Howell. Guests will taste a selection of hors d'oeuvres and desserts from local restaurants and bid on a silent auction. Judged by a variety of metro Detroit's culinary experts and community leaders.
