Annual Fishing Derby sponsored by the ExplorerGuide and Friends of Maybury. Catch and release with prizes awarded in several categories. Instruction and equipment provided, but feel free to bring your own gear. A fishing license is required for those 17 and older. Park near the stables.
This event is FREE, however a Recreation Passport is required for park entry. A $10 passport is available when renewing your tabs at any Secretary of State or at any state park office.
