Little Diablo Salsa wins BIG at 2014 Fiery Food Challenge

Little Diablo Salsa has been awarded the Golden Chile in the specialty chile category at the 2014 Fiery Food Challenge for their Medium Chipotle salsa! They also took 2nd in the exotic category for their Mild Garlic salsa and for their Hot salsa (hot salsa category) and 3rd for Mild Artichoke (exotic category. This is a second year in a row win for Little Diablo Salsa at the Fiery Food Challenge in Texas.

On January 24, 2014, the most prestigious awards in the spicy food industry were distributed at the Fiery Food Challenge Awards dinner in Irving, Texas, and Little Diablo Salsa came out on top! Little Diablo Salsa took home 4 awards.

The Fiery Food Challenge, a competition sponsored by The Dallas Morning News, pits products against one another in more than 80 categories. Professional judges evaluate hundreds of sauces, salsas and other spicy treats and award first, second and third place prizes in each category. Awards are proudly displayed at ZestFest, a spicy, zesty and flavorful food event held the same week as the Fiery Food Challenge at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. 

Little Diablo Salsa has now won over 12 awards, including 2013 and 2014 Scovie Awards, an award at Jungle Jim’s Weekend of Fire 2013 event and 2014 The Hot Pepper Award in New York.
