Community Corner

Vote For Your BHS Marching Band!!!!

Brighton High School Marching Band does not only display school spirit, but they also have community spirit as recently displayed at the Alzheimer's Walk. Please take a moment to vote for them. There is a nice video of their school spirit that you can view. There is no need to interview these fine young adults because you can tell by watching them that they are dedicated. You are also aware when you hear the drum-line practicing the week after school lets out. You know because they go to band camp in 90 degree weather where they march from sun up to sun down in order to provide an exciting half time show. You can hear the Tues. night rehearsals echoing through the city. You witnessed it at the Brighton Nation Celebration. This is a marching band that comes together and works as a team. You have the Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores and Freshman AND Gabriella Hoffman the band director for Brighton High School,  Mrs. Evans the band director from Scranton Middle School and Mr. Osborn the band director from Maltby Intermediate School, all standing side by side doing what they do best. So please take a moment to vote for them. You can find the link below and read what they will be awarded if they win. Thanks for your support.
