Twilight in the Garden and More this Weekend

Patch is here to make your life ridiculously easy, so as you sit down today and plan your weekend, here are some events you should know about in the Brighton area.

1. Twilight in the Garden

• When: Saturday, July 20
• Where: Twilight in the Garden 2013 is hosted by Linda and Dale Bader at their spectacular waterside homestead in Howell. 
• What: This annual fundraising garden party kicks off at 6 p.m. and runs until twilight. The public is invited to attend and join in the festivities.

• When: Saturday, July 20
• Where: Downtown Brighton
• What: The artists get to choose which scene of Brighton they would like to paint and will have approximately six hours to complete their work. The paintings will then go to ArtVentures starting Monday, July 22 where people will be able to vote for their favorite piece. 

• When: Saturday, July 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
• Where: Hawkins Elementary
• What: Check out our 4th-10th grade Baseball/Softball championship games, upcoming fall programs, and fun games and activities for the entire family.  Register onsite for Fall Soccer and Flag Football or one of our many new sports camps and clinics.
