Hi, my name is Tanger. I am a former stray who earned the name Tanger because I was found near the outlet mall.
It's estimated that I was born sometime in 2009. I weigh just over 56 pounds. I'm a pretty laid back dog who would likely do well in a home with kids and other animals.
I am an escape artist here and had to be extra-secured into my kennel to keep me in. Sometimes I'm a bit shy when I first meet people.
