Tornado Struck Brighton Tuesday Night

According to the National Weather Service, the tornado had winds up to 80 mph and cut a path 0.3 miles wide and 2.8 miles long.

A tornado touched down in Brighton late Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.

The service posted on Twitter Wednesday that an EF0 tornado, the lowest on the measurement scale, started on Brighton Road between Timberbend Drive and Bauer Road and traveled southeast and ended between Wells and Hamburg roads.
