Brighton's Classic Rocktoberfest

The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce and United Bank & Trust are pleased to present Brighton’s Classic Rocktoberfest. Finish the summer at Brighton’s Classic Rocktoberfest on October 8th on Hyne Street and the Hyne Street Parking Lot between 1:00pm and 12:00midnight.

With the sun fading and temperatures falling, it is time to celebrate one last time before the change in weather! Brighton’s Classic Rocktoberfest is part of the new 2011 civic events calendar and is in conjunction with the Local Live Block Party summer kick off.

The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce will be ending the summer civic event season in a classic Oktoberfest style with classic rock, your favorite fall foods, a beverage garden and so much more!

There will be plenty of children’s activities starting at 1:00pm for the whole family to enjoy. Many of these children’s activities will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Brighton as they celebrate their 75th Anniversary with the whole community. Beginning at 4:00pm the beverage garden will open and starting at 6:00pm there will be live music, perfect for dancing!

The featured bands include the Shawn Riley Band and Some Kinda Jones. Enjoy the sizzle of summer one last time with friends and family!

With delicious fall foods, children’s activities, live music to dance to, and thirst quenching adult beverages in line with a classic Oktoberfest event, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy at this community event. 

The cover charge into the beverage garden for all adults 21 and over is only $2 while all others enter at no cost.  After 6:00pm, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed in the beverage garden. The cost per beer is $3, Mike’s Hard Lemonade is $4, and wine is $5.
