Formerly the Women’s Resource Center, the Family Resource Center offers education, advocacy and support programs aimed at strengthening the community by strengthening families. Programs such as Healthy Families Livingston and the CAP (Child Abuse Prevention) Council work to prevent child abuse and neglect through education and awareness.

The agency also offers parenting classes, substance abuse prevention programs, a free legal clinic and a Career Boutique where women looking to enter or re-enter the workforce can obtain free professional clothing.
