Swing for Guatemala at First Presbyterian

2011 MISSION, ART & MUSIC (MAM) FESTIVAL aka "Swing for Guatemala" takes place from 6:30-9 p.m. Saturday, March 26 at the First Presbyterian Church of Brighton.

The festival includes a juried art exhibit as well as Guatemalan hand crafts. Both artwork and handcrafted items will be available for sale, proceeds from which will help sponsor the church's mission efforts in Guatemala.

At 6:30 pm, the gallery opens; it's followed by a 7-9 pm concert featuring music by The Stardust Big Band, a 14-piece swing band from Farmington, bringing you the Hits from the ‘30s and ‘40s.

Tickets for the “Swing for Guatemala” are $20 per person and will be available for purchase in advance; contact the church office at 810-227-7411.
