Grand Opening Celebration for Brighton's 440 Main

Celebrating their grand opening on Wednesday, 440 Main, downtown Brighton's latest restaurant addition, will focus on a gluten-free menu catering to an underserved population, according to restaurant owner Kim Feldmann.

“We meet and see so many runners, triathletes and overall health conscious people that we felt offering healthier solutions that fuel their performance was important to the area," Feldmann said in a press release. "And with the increased awareness on the effects of Gluten on your diet, even if you don’t have an intolerance, we wanted to make sure we catered to that segment ofthe population as well.”

With more than 90 percent of the new menu options created in-house, 440 Main is the first restaurant in Brighton to primarily offer all-natural cuts of beef, chicken, pork and seafood, according to Feldmann.

Although 440 Main has been open for several weeks featuring some of their new menu and drink selections, a Grand Opening celebration will take place on July 10 and reservations are currently being accepted. Food and drink specials will be offered from 11 a.m. to midnight.

To help personalize the restaurant, 440 Main is asking the community to share photos of their favorite Main Street from anywhere across the globe. Winning photos will be displayed in the restaurant with the winners also receiving a $25 gift certificate to 440 Main.

Regular restaurant hours are:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Thursday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
