National Pie Day was created by the National Pie Council and is dedicated to celebrating one of America’s favorite comfort foods. To honor the 36 million people who say pie is their favorite dessert, Pure Michigan and Grand Traverse Pie Company have two offers for area residents.
1. Stop into any Grand Traverse Pie Shop on Jan. 23 and receive a free slice of pie with purchase.
