Monday is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, where we celebrate Dr. King’s dedication to defending rights and promoting equality for all individuals. MLK Day is an observance of an American hero, but to many people it has become a day of service. Martin Luther King, Jr. often said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: what are you doing for others?”
To show support of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s vision Great Expressions Dental Centers will donate five percent of the daily revenue generated through patient services from all offices on MLK Day to designated organizations in Michigan as well as Florida and Georgia.
This is the fourth year that GEDC has donated a percentage of its daily revenue from all offices on MLK Day.
GEDC hopes to surpass last year’s donation of $47,000. In Michigan, the nonprofit organizations receiving a portion of the funds are The Children’s Center, Uplift Our Youth Foundation and Winning Futures.
Please join GEDC on Monday, January 20 and take care of your oral health while helping to support a great cause at the same time.
