Best Thing We Ate This Week: Cold Stone Ice Cream

I figured this week was a good time to indulge my sweet tooth before I started my new diet.

It's February and I, like many other people, have decided it's time to get back into my work out routine at the gym - especially if I want to fit into all those summer clothes!

So starting on Monday, I began dieting as well as taking regular trips to the gym. So I decided that I'd better indulge myself with one of my favorite treats without guilt before the new routine commenced.

My husband and I took a trip to Green Oak Village Place Mall and made a stop at . Cold Stone has some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted and the most unique combinations to boot. With sizes of "Like It," "Love It" or "Gotta Have It," who doesn't adore the ice cream shop?

Knowing that this would be my last taste of ice cream for a long time, I decided to go with my absolute favorite, Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. You can't go wrong with vanilla ice cream, caramel, cookie dough, fudge and chocolate chips - it's just mouthwatering.

My husband's choice was Peanut Butter Cup Perfection. And yes, he ordered the "Gotta Have It" size.

I won't specify which size I ordered - just that thoughts of it will get me through the months to come.

I love cookie dough! It does go great with ice cream. Yes, we need to indulge once in a while. How about instead of "dieting" think "making healthy choices". Kudos to you, Nicole, for getting into a regular workout routine. I have found that to be the best way to encourage me to eat better.

Best thing I ate this week was Ben and Jerry's. My new favorite flavor is Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream. You had me at "Hello". Just like Christina, I think of it more as "making healthy choices" so Saturdays I don't get down on myself so much if I have a treat. Working out before/after working all day is rough, so you go girl! I'll send you some motivational vibes if you'd throw a few my way ;)
