Best Thing We Ate This Week: Downtown Main's Spinach & Artichoke Dip
I had to try this appetizer during Brighton Patch's Happy Hour Office Hours this week.
Brighton Patch hosted Happy Hour Office Hours at this past Wednesday.
So while we were meeting people, myself and other Patch editors got to sample a few things on the menu. Not only did I get a nifty green "Patchtini," but I also got to try their Spinach & Artichoke Dip appetizer.
The dip was really good, topped with melted cheese. But the chips absolutely made the dish. The hand-made lawash chips put a different spin on one of my favorite appetizers and I just ate it up - literally!
