Big Events This Weekend Near Brighton

1. Wildwing Watch at Kensington Metropark Nature Center

• When: Saturday, April 6, 2013, 2:00 pm
• Where: 2240 W Buno Rd, Milford
• What: It’s spring and the herons are back on the rookery! We’ll have spotting scopes out so that you can get a better look.

2. Harmony Theatre Company- LaFontaine Ride & Drive Fundraiser

• When: Saturday, April 6, 2013, 10:00 am
• Where: 4000 W Highland Rd, Highland
• What:  To send Harmony to Spain for the 2013 Nations Cup. it will cost approximately $2,500 per skater. LaFontaine Cadillac Buick GMC in Highland, MI is hosting a Ride & Drive event on Saturday, April 6th from 10am -2pm, to help raise money for the skaters. LaFontaine is donating $20 for every driver who test drives a vehicle during the event in support of the Harmony Theater Company.

3. Holy Spirit Church Rummage Sale

• When: Friday, April 5, 2013, 9:00 am
• Where: Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 9565 Musch Rd, Brighton
• What: The Annuall Women's Guild Rummage Sale is Thurs/Fri April 4th and 5th from 9am to 5pm and Sat April 6th 9am to noon.
