Brighton Patch Hosts Business Spotlight at Chamber of Commerce

More than 20 people learned how to use Patch to their advantage Monday afternoon.

Brighton Patch had the honor of hosting a Business Spotlight luncheon at the Monday afternoon. We are happy to say, we had a great turnout.

More than 20 people enjoyed lunch on us, and had the opportunity to learn more about how Patch can help their businesses.

Brighton Patch is meant to provide readers with news as well as a platform to share information with the community. There are many ways to interact, such as commenting on articles, sharing photos, posting event information and much more.

Send a News Tip
At the bottom right-hand corner of the homepage, there's a link that says, "Send Us News Tips." Tell us about issues or events you think we should cover. Post an Event
Having a garage sale? Is your organization putting on an event somewhere in Brighton? Is your church organizing a food drive? If it's not on our Patch calendar, it should be. Feel free to add events to our site at brighton.patch.com/events/new.

Post an Announcement
Post births, engagements and wedding announcements. Tell us who made the honor roll or share school awards, social notes and thank you shout outs. If you're looking for volunteers or searching for your lost dog, we welcome you to call on your community for help. Just remember, our Terms of Service say announcements should be for personal use and not for advertising.  

Sign Up for Newsletters
The daily Brighton Patch email newsletter brings you articles and announcements that have been posted in the past 24 hours. It is delivered to your email every day by about 9 a.m. You can also sign up for the weekly newsletter, which shows a subset of the content created and featured on our site over the last few days. It is delivered every Thursday at 10 a.m. Look for the Follow Us and Newsletter links in the right column of this and most every page. 

Review Restaurants and Other Businesses
You can post a review of your favorite restaurant, hair salon, auto mechanic and more at brighton.patch.com/places. Businesses can direct customers to their listing on Patch. The more reviews, the better Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

 Claim Your Directory Listing
Our business and organization listings aren't skimpy. If you own or manage a business or organization in our directory, to post photos and update information. Do it! It's free and easy! Monday, Robert Campbell of and Chuck Thompson of both claimed their listings. These business owners now have access to edit their own listings the way they want!

Good Morning Brighton
Mondays through Fridays we feature a video of someone in the community wishing Brighton a "good morning." This feature is open to businesses, nonprofits and everyday people. It's free and easy to do.
