Here are five tidbits of news and information we hope you'll find useful or entertaining.

Also, to keep things interesting, we are starting a new game. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Brighton Patch will post a snapshot of something from around Brighton. Readers are asked to guess the location of where the picture was taken. It will be like a virtual tour guide of Brighton. And don't worry, our video clips of people within our community wishing you a "Good Morning" will still run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

1. The weather

Today will be sunny with a high near 55 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low around 37 degrees.

2. Gasoline prices

Here's a quick survey of the lowest per-gallon prices for regular gasoline in the Brighton area as of Tuesday night, according to DetroitGasPrices.com via GasBuddy.com:

3. Teen Crafts

4. Brighton Schools Bond Issue Public Forum

Brighton Area Schools Superintendent Greg Gray will hold a forum for the public to discuss the current bond issue.  The community forum is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17 at 7  p.m. in the , 7878 Brighton Road. The bond election is scheduled for May 8, 2012.
