Today is the first day of school for all Brighton Area School students except those in grades 10-12. Those students will begin the year Wednesday.
The September meeting of the Philip Livingston Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will be held today at 1 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Howell, located at 1230 Bower St, Howell. There will be a regular business meeting followed by a one act play entitled "Sue Wright and Sue Rong." Refreshments are served. Guests and prospective members are welcome.
