Mother Turns to Facebook to Seek Information on Missing Brighton Teen

17-year-old Krystin Walker was last seen Thursday morning.

Shelley Petersen Walker is turning to Facebook to help find information on her 17-year-old daughter, Krystin Walker.

Krystin is a Brighton High School junior who was last seen Thursday morning leaving for school in her white Ford Ranger pickup truck from her Brighton Township home.

Walker said her daughter never arrived. So she has turned to friends and family on Facebook to spread the word of her daughter's disappearance in hopes that someone will come forward with information.

Krystin was last seen with pink hair; however, Walker said she believes it is now burgandy, as she just found out Krystin bought the red-brown hair dye sometime on Thursday.

The truck's license plate is BWW 6092.
