Brighton's Farm to Table Experience: A fundraiser dinner

Coinciding with this year’s harvest moon is the first ever Brighton’s Farm to Table Experience, a fundraiser for the  Brighton Farmers’ Market and the Livingston County Hunger Council. We anticipate a magical evening under the stars with great food, delicious wine and award-winning Michigan craft beer. Festivities will begin with “The Growers Gathering,” a social hour where guests will have  an opportunity to mingle  with our local farmers and food producers.

A delicious farm-fresh dinner will follow. The menu will be fashioned by Chef Steve Pilon of The Wooden Spoon, and will feature local ingredients found in Livingston County. Dishes will be paired with unique Michigan wines hand-picked by local sommelier Paul Hannah of Just Grape Juice.
