Christmas Eve Brighton Blood Drive - Free lunch, gift wrapping, childcare

12/23 Blood Drive - free childcare, gift wrapping & lunch!


First United Methodist Church Brighton and the American Red Cross, Great Lake Blood Region are hosting a Christmas Eve blood drive, Tuesday, Dec. 24 from 10 am - 3:45 pm in the lower level of the church, 400 E. Grand River Ave.

Give the gift this holiday season that doesn't require wrapping, only takes an hour out of your time, and everyone who receives it will give thanks. Give the gift of life. Give Blood!

Free gift wrapping will be available for any last-minute shoppers while you donate blood, as will free supervised childcare. Lunch also will be provided for all! And Dunkin' Donuts is providing a free sample of their coffee with a coupon for a free pound of coffee.

To donate you must be at least 16 years of age (with written parental permission), weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. Please bring positive I.D. or a blood donor card with you.
