BRIGHTON, MI – The City of Brighton has seen much success in recent years, becoming a true destination location for Livingston County residents and out-of-towners. There has been a surge in development and activity, which doesn’t just happen without a lot of effort. How did Brighton get to this point? What has been instrumental in its success? What can you expect from Brighton going forward? What new projects are up and coming in the City of Brighton during the next 3 years? What are the current market conditions relating to commercial and residential real estate in the Brighton community? What is the supply and demand? How has it changed? Information on financing and REOs will also be shared. What businesses are being added to the Brighton Mall? What is the retail mix? Why did the developers add 8 leasable spaces in lieu of Sears? What is the philosophy of the developers of the Brighton Mall?
All of these questions will be answered by Matt Modrack, DDA Director for the City of Brighton, Scott Griffith, Owner of ERA Griffith Realty and Ashley Israel, developer and owner of the Brighton Mall.
Delicious breakfast buffet will be served by Chef Cathy Ferarra, owner of Supper Mae Simple.
Cost: $20 members/$25 non-members including breakfast buffet.
