Karma Yoga - Benefitting Stiggy's Dogs

Each month, Bent’s Karma Yoga will highlight a specific cause or local family that could really use some help, and bring their story to you. There will be a link to donate all month long, as well as at least one donation karma yoga class. The karma yoga class is completely free and 100% of whatever you choose to give goes directly to that month’s recipient (suggested donation is $15). The class is an upbeat mix between Slow Burn and Vinyasa and is appropriate for everyone. Bring a mat, water, and open heart. Summer donation classes are held outside at the St Paul gazebo, so you may wish to bring a blanket to set your mat upon.
