This is a donations only gentle yoga class- open to all women of all levels and abilities in the livingston county area! Donations given will go to our very own group fitness instructor Renee Bonk, whos grand daughter has been recently diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome that requires lifelong care and support. Please help us in spreading the word and the love of yoga!
