ZUMBA Benefit Class for LACASA

Get a great workout, have fun, and support LACASA with Zumba Joanie & the Fly Girls on Tuesday, 1/10/2012 at 5:30 pm. $5 a person, 100% of proceeds go to LACASA. 

Livingston Area Council Against Spouse Abuse (LACASA) believes that crimes of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse must be eliminated from our society; therefore, LACASA supports and shelters victimized adults and children, educates the community and encourages positive action. Zumba is a fun and easy-to-follow dance fitness party (no dance experience is needed)! Joanie, a licensed Zumba instructor, and the Fly Girls (Rael'e, Michele, Stacey, Ashley, Tresa) will be in full effect, instructing participants in an exhilarating hour of Zumba!!! In addition, guest instructors: Rael'e, T.E.A.M. DRIVEN, Kylie, Roxana will be sharing some HOT routines!!
