Calling all college students!

Are you home for the holidays? Before heading back to school could you get freezin for a very good reason?! On Saturday January 11,2014 Special Olympics Livingston will be holding it's annual Polar Plunge at Brighton High School. You can dress up in a crazy costume or a college hoodie, grab some friends, raise a minimum of $50.00 and show up between 12:30 and 2. Register, get your plunge tshirt and goodie bag, grab some free food and Starbucks coffee, check out the silent auction(you did get money for Christmas, right?!) and hang out. At 1;45 there is a parade and awards for best costumes.
Then the real fun begins--you run out onto the ice and jump in the water and then get out--FAST! Hot shower in the locker rooms, more Starbucks, bragging rights among your friends.."you did WHAT on your break?!" and that amazing feeling you get when you do something great. You raised money to fund sports training and competition for over 300 athletes with intellectual disabilities who live and train in Livingston County.
Special Olympics is completely donor funded, it can't happen       without you. So join us on 1/11/14.
