Here's to looking younger and Bronzed!

A few tips on bronzing and looking refreshed!

I wanted to quickly go over a few tips to look younger and bronzed! I think they are very important for every woman.  If you wanna skip the bronzer, I'm sure your interested in the younger part!

Bronzer is kinda a tricky element of makeup.  It seems easy but we've all seen the muddy dirty look bronzer can leave if applied wrong or if we use the wrong color.

It should be worn over something for-sure! like face primer, foundation, or powder. This gives it a easy blendable cohesive workability. Also we don't want to put it all over our face, just in the places to either contour or the highlights of our face.  Always choose a color that isn't too dark. Yikes, it can be scary if it's too dark.

I like a color with a brown tone instead of a red tone.  And I always use blush, Yes bronzer and blush at the same time. I like to put the blush just on the apples of the cheeks for a fresh young look. A matte blush, But only on the apples of the cheeks, so that the bronzer and the blush just overlap a little.

The most important tip for bronzer is to use the right brush! I will talk about brushes a lot in the future. They are the magic wand that is going to create the beauty. For bronzer, I like a soft medium-sized brush, much like a blush brush, but not one of those tight tufted hard kabuki style brushes. To me, they leave smudges like a stamp. I recommend soft blendable brushes so you can move your product around. Don't forget to bronze your neck and chest, especially if you went a little crazy with your face.  There's nothing worse then non matching face and neck neighbors. It's a challenging task, but make sure to bronze the sides of your neck, under your chin, chest and even ears. Remember to take your earrings out first, or - like me -you'll have to take em out and clean them after!

Looking younger - a great tip for looking younger is to moisturize.

When your ready for makeup, after your face primer, you want to leave the under eyes lighter then the rest of your face. A light concealer with a touch of powder will do wonders. Keep this in mind: lighter-tighter-brighter. Usually, a pink tone under the eye in a concealer will work on most people. Also using a nude eye shadow base always does great things - I can recommend one that is my absolute favorite if you're interested. A nude base will take away any pinkness on the eyelids and matte out any shine. Plus it will keep your shadow on all day, which is nice. A soft matte lid shadow and a soft brown crease will look gorgeous on most anyone. It's like a natural looking smoky eye. Also, a white eyeliner on the inner eyelid rim will brighten any eye - even if you're not wearing any makeup at all.
