Police said the suspect driver, the vehicle's lone occupant, was described as a male in his late 20s to early 30s with little to no hair. Police said after crashing through the gate, he turned into a driveway of one of the nearby private homes, where he remained briefly, staring at the homeowner, before fleeing the scene.

Thompson said it is believed the driver may have been intoxicated or experiencing an unknown medical condition, based on his reactions at the scene.Β Β Β
