Police Blotter: Hartland Man Reports Break-In in Brighton Township

The following arrest information was supplied by the Livingston County Sheriff's Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 21-year-old Hartland man reported to police that his part-time residence in Brighton Township was burglarized and that more than $3,000 in items were stolen, according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department.

The man, who has a space above the garage of a home in the 9900 block of Applegate Lane, said the incident occurred sometime between June 9 and June 11, a police report said. A man who lives at the home was away at the time, the report said.

Items reported stolen included a $1,500 laptop, $1,200 television, $400 Xbox and three Xbox games worth $160.
