Suspect Charged in Brighton Gas Station Robbery

Police have arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with Monday's robbery.

A man has been charged with armed robbery Wednesday in connection with the robbery of a Brighton gas station that occurred on Monday, according to an article in the Press & Argus.

David Kenneth Rentsch, 34, is suspected of the armed robbery of the BP at 204 W. Grand River Ave. at 7:15 a.m. Monday.

Rentsch returns to court on Monday for an exam conference, the article states.

Details about the suspect's capture were not released, but according to the Press & Argus, Rentsch was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers and Brighton police.
