Join cartoonist Jerzy Drozd for a fun, hands-on workshop! Explore some of the many tricks in a cartoonist's bag to make characters leap off the page! All materials will be supplied and no experience is necessary. Register now.

Teen Writers’ Workshop
Thursday’s, August 11 and 25, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Poets, songwriters, storytellers, and dreamers, bring your original work and thoughts about writing. Meet with Mike Ball, award-winning humorist. Drop-ins welcome.

Teen Craft - Bandhani Dying
Tuesday, August 16, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Learn a simple introduction to an Indian version of tie-dye and make your own scarves or socks! All materials will be supplied and no experience is necessary. Registration begins Aug 2.

Celebrate National Watermelon Day in Millie’s Garden. Bring a blanket and your lunch. We’ll supply the watermelon! Enjoy stories and fun activities. All ages. Adult participation required. Register now. Program cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

Gotta catch ‘em all! Learn step-by-step how to play the Pokémon card game and then play with other kids. Ages 5 and up.

Super Duper Play In

Think back to the good old days when all it took was a cardboard box, a blanket, and some cardboard tubes to make your play day complete. Kids and parents will have a blast with imaginative play. Crafts Galore!

Get creative with unique crafts that highlight South America. Ages 4-6 with adult participation and ages 7-11. Registration begins August 8.
