Christmas is Over – Now What Do I Do With My Tree?

The City of Brighton will pick up Christmas trees during the first two weeks of January.

Christmas is officially over, and if you had a real tree this year, you may be scratching your head wondering what to do with it now.

The City of Brighton’s trash removal contractor, Waste Management, will pick
up Christmas trees during the first two weeks of January, 2013.

Because the New Years Holidays fall on Monday and Tuesday, trash will be delayed the first week in January; therefore, residents can place your tree at the curb for pick up on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 2nd and Jan. 3 and Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 8 and Jan. 9, 2013.
