LACASA Opens Cinderella's Closet April 11; Three Weekends Slated

Get storybook dresses at vintage prices when Cinderella's Closet opens for spring prom season. Shop the boutique, get specially designed cause wrist-bands, sign the Prom Promise, and help a charity!

LACASA's Cinderella’s Closet, an eco-friendly boutique that offers gently-used prom dresses for high school girls, opens Thursday, April 11, 2013.

The boutique will run for three weekends this season. All dresses are $25 and proceeds go to help victims of interpersonal violence at LACASA.

Young women who shop The Closet are invited to sign the “Prom Promise.” This promise asks girls to stay alcohol and drug free–especially during celebratory nights. Girls who sign the promise are entered into a prize drawing.

When girls purchase dresses from Cinderella's Closet, they help recycle and re-love special party dresses...while benefiting a worthy cause.

A new accessory, created by local company LinkFund, will be offered at the boutique this season. The wrist-band jewelry features original Cinderella's Closet art links and will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit LACASA.
