Key to Awesomeness: Shiann's father, Tony, started a girls hockey team when Shiann turned 14. Prior to that, she played on boys teams. Now, she is helping to give back by mentoring some of the young girls in the program. "I just got done skating with a 10-U team," said Shiann during an interview Tuesday night. "I spoke to one of the younger teams (after the world championships) and now I'm going to work with them every Tuesday."
