Participants will learn how weight gain may not be entirely your fault and what environmental factors affect weight? Noonchester will stress taking a natural approach to correcting the underlying factors associated with weight gain and treating the whole person.

“Natural weight management is achievable once the cause of ill health is determined which could, in fact, be deterring you from your goals,” she notes.

Are you tired all of the time?  Do you have trouble sleeping? Are there foods that make you feel sick?  Nutritional deficiencies and toxicities are a huge problem that Americans are facing everyday in their lives. Once these issues are understood, a customized nutritional program is introduced, highlighting weight loss, keeping muscle tone and raising metabolism. Darci believes knowledge is key, and success is habit.

Noonchester has extensive experience in functional medicine, a personalized patient centered approach using the whole person to help create balance through healthy lifestyle changes using food and supplementation.

She has practiced as a dietitian specializing in weight loss, digestive issues, and bariatric surgery since 2002. In addition to being the preferred dietitian for Ford Motor Company employees, she has been interviewed by world-renowned fitness expert Peter Nielsen of “Peter’s Principals." Following her talk, attendees will have an opportunity to hear certified fitness trainers Kim Komar of Fit Body, Fit Mind and David Pacheco, of Anytime Fitness. They will highlight the best ways to find your fitness niche when reducing weight and improve joint overall body composition. Taste testing of healthy snacks will conclude the program.
