This picture frame is as useful as it is beautiful. Shades of blue hydrangeas and elegant scrolls adorn this table-top picture frame.  Instructor Donna Roskamp teaches step-by-step as students complete the project in class. 

Material fee of $10 paid to the instructor at class to cover all supplies.
