Coach's Corner: Boys and Girls Varsity Bowling Teams Defeat South Lyon

The Boys Varsity Bowling team defeated South Lyon 18-12 Wednesday night at Waterford Century Bowl.

It was a very good victory for the team. South Lyon is a good team, the number one team in Division 2 in the state.

Leading the Bulldogs were Alex Stitzig bowling 223 and CJ Burroughs bowling 202.

The victory leaves the team with a 5-4 overall record, 4-3 in KLAA.

The Girls Varsity team also won their match against the Lions 20.5 to 9.5. One of the girls tied her match, resulting in the half point final score.

The girls bowled okay. They won their match, which is great, but there is room for improvement.

Leading the Lady Bulldogs were Gina Aguzzi bowling 203 and Marissa Campbell bowling 190.

The Varsity Girls advance to 8-1 overall and 6-1 in KLAA.
