Coach's Corner: Bulldog Wrestling Team Places Second in Weekend Tournament

Brighton High School took second place out of 16 teams on Saturday.

The Brighton High School Wrestling team took second place out of 16 teams this Saturday, Dec. 11, at The Prestigious Dorothy McClenathon Memorial Tournament held at East Kentwood High School

Of the 16 teams at the tournament, 10 were ranked in the State in Michigan.

We had eight out of 12 wrestlers place in their weight class.

Placing first in their weight class were CJ Brish and Evan Hoshaw. Placing second in their weight class were Matt Moody, Jackson Pizzo and Andy White. Chris Jubenville and Aaron Calderon placed third in their weight classes and Jordan Amine placed sixth.
