The Tour de Cure is a series of fundraising cycling events held in 44 states nationwide to benefit the American Diabetes Association. The Rochester Tour de Cure features routes of different lengths for riders of all skill levels. There's something for everyone from a leisurely 5 mile Famliy Ride all the way up to the challenge of the 100 mile Century ride. No matter what route you choose, the Tour de Cure is a ride, not a race, so take it at your own speed and enjoy the journey!

All our Tour de Cure riders are safe and fully supported with route marshals, SAG vehicles, mechanical support and rest stops fully stocked with hydration and a variety of snacks to keep you fueled. At the finish you will be welcomed with cheering volunteers, great food and much more!
