Rescue Razzle with Tender Loving Care

A Beagle is available for adoption at the Humane Society of Livingston County.

Hello, my name is Razzle and I'm a true "rescued Beagle."

I was taken along with four other dogs from a so-called "breeder" who was neglecting us. I'm pretty much terrified of everyone and everything at first but I'm getting better every day!

I'm a typical Beagle, but am mostly black and tan. I get along great with other dogs and even like cats! I'd love a home with another dog because they are what I'm most used to! My new family just needs to keep in mind that I'm not used to things most dogs see or hear or feel every day so I'm going to need some extra tender loving care and time! I have to have a fence in my next home, too.

I did actually get adopted but wasn't given the chance to really blossom in my new home. I was around young children even babies and was excellent! The person also said I didn't have any accidents in the home while I was there. He reported that I slept a lot and didn't really want to be outside too much. I guess he didn't understand that I finally was getting to experience what it's like to be a loved indoor dog and was trying to catch up on being lazy!

As if all of my past isn't already tough, I also am heart worm positive. There's no cost to the person who adopts me because the treatment is covered by the Humane Society of Livingston County. So please come down and meet me as soon as you can!
